EDN Abogados announces the appointment of Ignacio Esnaola Vidal as Partner and Head of the Tax Practice

EDN Abogados is pleased to announce the appointment of Ignacio Esnaola Vidal as Partner and Head of the Tax Practice, strengthening the firm’s strategic tax advisory services.

Ignacio is a lawyer from the University of Chile, holds a Master’s in Applied Economics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, and has pursued doctoral studies in Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra – Barcelona.He has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting, wealth planning, corporate restructuring, and resolution of tax disputes, both in Chile and internationally. His work has spanned jurisdictions including Luxembourg, Switzerland, Spain, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Latin America. He also teaches in postgraduate programs at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LLM UC) and Universidad Andrés Bello.
