🟥 Our Tax partner, Ignacio Esnaola Vidal, participated in the panel organized by the Law faculty of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and Diario Financiero, on“Between Codes: AI in the legal field – practical applications and regulatory challenges.”
He shared the stage with fellow panelists María Jesús Ibáñez, Director ofInnovation and Technology at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría; Marco Aravena, Senior Legal Manager at Mercado Pago; and moderator Paula Vargas, Deputy Director at Diario Financiero.
The discussion offered a strategic perspective on the impact of artificial intelligence in legal practice—from its adoption in everyday legal work to the regulatory and ethical challenges faced by legal professionals as they engage with emerging technologies.
During the conversation, Ignacio highlighted that “AI is a tool that will help automate and make certain aspects of our work more efficient, allowing professionals to focus on tasks that deliver greater added value to clients.”
