Day 2 at the ALFI - Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry Global Asset Management Conference in Luxembourg

We kicked off the morning with a press briefing led by our Managing Partner, Felipe Díaz Toro, who provided valuable insights into the evolving landscape of asset management. Key topics discussed included:

• The pension fund industry in Latin America and the assets under management (AUM) within this sector.
• Emerging trends in alternative investments and their significance in today’s market.
• The distribution strategies of alternative assets among Latin American pension funds.
• An overview of Chile's fund industry and its prospects.

Following the press briefing, our day continued with a productive meeting at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE). During this session, we explored potential synergies between the Chilean financial market and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, aiming to enhance collaboration.

To wrap up day 2, EDN Abogados and BELGOLUX, Cámara Chileno Belgo Luxemburguesa de Comercio A.G. co-hosted a cocktail gathering part of the Latam funds community of Luxembourg, creating a warm space for new connections, shared experiences, and future partnerships.
