Happy to announce a new chapter in our regional growth: EDN Abogados lands in Mexico!
We are opening a representative office in Mexico, in strategic alliance with Rodríguez Barbes Asociados, under the leadership of Andrea Rodriguez.
Andrea brings over 20 years of experience in M&A and corporate matters. She has worked at Creel, García-Cuéllar, Aiza y Enríquez, S.C., Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, and the United Nations. She is a lawyer from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) and holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School. We are delighted to have her on board for this project.
From Mexico, we will support institutional investors and asset managers in their investment management activities, with a particular focus on alternative assets, cross‑border structures, and regional opportunities.
We look forward to strengthening our collaboration with clients across the region and to bridging the gap between LATAM and the world’s most sophisticated financial markets.
