Ann Bruggeman is the Director International Department of EDN Abogados and was previously an international associate at EDN Abogados and Palma Edwards Veszpremy. She has experience in Corporate Law, Joint Ventures, Mergers and Acquisitions, Immigration and European Labour Law.

She is a Belgian and Luxembourg lawyer with more than 12 years of experience in international business transactions. She worked in Luxembourg and Belgium at Loyens & Loeff, one of the largest Dutch business law firm of Benelux. She is currently also the General Manager of the Chilean Belgian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce A.G., in Chile.

Represented PRADA HOLDING, Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli for the restructuring and migration of the PRADA group, PA BE 1 and BELLATRIX from Luxembourg to Italy for EUR 500 M.
Represented SIGNET JEWELLERS in the bond issuance and corporate financing of the group for a total of USD 1 B.
Represented PEPSI in several acquisitions made for the group.
Represented STELLA ARTOIS in the shareholder restructuring.
Represents French and Belgian clients in their implementation in Chile and corporate matters related to their investments and structure.
Represents Chinese investors in drafting and negotiating environmental investment projects throughout Chile, particularly in solar panels, wind panels, and desalination plants.
